Leaked Autopsy Page: No Life-Threatening Injuries Found in George Floyd

Revealed: Page 2 of George Floyd’s Autopsy Raises Questions

A newly circulated image from Page 2 of George Floyd’s official autopsy report reveals several key details that have reignited public debate. According to the document, “no life-threatening injuries were identified”—a statement now heavily scrutinized in the context of his controversial death.

The report also shows toxicology results indicating the presence of 11 ng/mL of Fentanyl and 5.6 ng/mL of Norfentanyl, along with other substances such as methamphetamine and THC.

These findings are prompting new discussions on the role of pre-existing conditions and substance presence in the case, as well as how information was presented to the public during the height of global protests in 2020.

Supporters of transparency argue that platforms like 𝕏 (formerly Twitter) have allowed critical documents like this to surface — documents many believe would have remained unseen.
